Used ship a car direct service because of a recommendation from a friend. Was a little hesitant to use a transport company because of a recent bad experience shipping a vehicle before. This was a completely different experience to say the least. Contacted ship a car, and within hours a transport company had already made arrangements to pick up my car the very next day. Driver arrived at the agreed time and my car was picked up without a hitch. The vehicle was delivered promptly and without a scratch! Couldn’t be happier with the whole process, but above all the emails and communication on behalf of ship a car was outstanding. I always felt that no matter what they were just a phone call away. Would definitely recommend and use again!
