I did research several months in advance to get an understanding of the process and pricing by filling out a couple web pricing inquiries and spoke to a couple brokers with no intent to buy yet. This gave me a good idea about what to expect when it was time to ship. This time I went to BBB and Consumer Affairs and chose "Ship-A-Car-Direct" because of their rating and the payment policy to pay the majority of the fee upon delivery...never a good idea to pay in full in advance. The experience was stress free, Christina was a pleasure to work with and accommodating as my timeline and delivery address changes after the order was placed. The driver from Umbrella was friendly and handled the car with care. My son accepted the car on time and in the same condition I handed it off in. Already recommended this company to a colleague. Nice job.
