Smooth sailing when I shipped my car from Boston to LA. The ShipACarDirect team was super responsive and helped me throughout the entire process - before, during, and after my car was shipped, they were always available to answer questions. I requested a shipment on a Saturday and they paired me with a carrier on Monday, $100 more than what was quoted, which was fine. I was worried about the shipping carrier as there were some bad reviews online, but the ShipACarDirect team assured me they would be with me at every step of the process. Then the carrier picked up my car and shipped it to LA in 7 days - the shortest time period possible for such a long trip. Car looked great when I picked it up and everything was still in the trunk as I had put it in. Great experience.
