After reading reviews of many car transport companies, I was very wary. I first called Ship-A-Car because their price quote was very competitive, but after my first conversation with Wade, I also came away feeling that this was not the typical car shipper. Wade carefully explained to me everything I wanted to know, and his answers to all of my questions were direct, on point, and reassuring. Something I was not experiencing with the other companies I spoke to. I was also impressed that Ship-A-Car did not bombard me with multiple annoying texts and. phone calls every day, like a few other shippers. Their phone app that allowed me to send labeled and dated photos of the car to the company prior to pick up was also very reassuring. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not mention that the driver the company arranged to transport my car was reliable and on time and also helpful in his selection of convenient pick=up and drop-off spots. Overall. this was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use Ship-A-Car again.
