I had originally booked with another carrier three weeks before the date I needed to have my car transportedI contacted them several times with no reply on a confirmed date A week before he contacted me with a pickup date that was after we would be moving across the US His continual, don’t worry, then realizing he hasn’t read the form or date I was leaving put me in a small panic I immediately started looking for a carrier a week before we were moving. I ran across ship a car direct and read the reviews. I contacted ship a car and was assisted by John we was incredibly Professional and helpful. He laid out what would happen. Since it was very close to my move he asked me if we had an alternate Once he found a driver, he shared with me their history and what the cost would be. I signed the paperwork and was contacted by the logistics company shortly after. We were at peace for sending our car. We had the drivers numbers and received some updates in the car.. To our pleasant surprise, our car arrived a day early. The driver knew we had a tenant was Looking forward to getting our car back. The transaction was very smooth. I would recommend Ship a car direct to anyone our car was shipped from Seattle to Florida and it turned out great. The follow up from the company was excellent as well
