This is a REAL REVIEW. I am a first time car shipper. I purchased a vehicle from NY and needed to ship to CA. I tried a different (Major) company first, had me hanging for 3 days without confirmation. I ended cancelling due to no confirmation. Tried a 2nd company, didn't workout either. I went back to Google and checked for the best companies I could use and found ShipACarDirect. I got in contact with John, who assisted me with the entire transaction. I was really pleased with the detailed information provided to me which put me at ease with the entire transaction. I ordered for an enclosed transport, which is a little bit more than the regular, open transport. The extra price did not matter to me as I wanted the vehicle in pristine vehicle when it gets to me. On top of that, I was given a 7 day delivery date. After 2 days, I received a confirmation text from the driver named Alex. I called the number and confirmed the vehicle was being loaded as we spoke. Driver provided photograph confirming the loading of the vehicle. Along the following dates, I continued to receive text messages from Alex, providing me updates how far he is from me and the expected delivery date. Today, 06/22/20, the car was delivered 1 day less than the 7 day estimate. The vehicle arrived in great condition, no problems at all, which was the purpose of the enclosed shipment. The truck driver was friendly and communicative. I am very pleased with the shipment. Overall experience, I could say I am extremely happy and couldn't have asked for anything more. I got what I expected - great customer service, delivery with care. I have no plans anytime in the future to obtain another car shipment service , but if I do, I now know who I would be reaching to. Thank you again John for getting this matter taken care of. Thank you Alex for the delivery service with care.
