We were beyond pleased with the quality of service we received from Ship a Car Direct. From our initial call, which was answered by a friendly, well informed employee, to the constant communication from the time we placed our order until the car was delivered, we felt like we were well informed of what was going on with our vehicle every step of the the way. The car was picked up on time and delivered a day early! The driver of the the transport rig also did an awesome job of keeping us informed as well. He called us the night before our car was to arrive, and called several times throughout the following day to keep us appraised of our delivery time. He was very professional and incredibly nice. And on top of the great service, the price was super competitive. We called two other transportation companies for a quote, and their prices were several hundred dollars more than the quote we received from Ship a Car Direct. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to transport their car. You cannot beat the value and service.
