Jennifer was great to work with, very communicative and responsive, which is quite important to me with this type of arrangement. It would have been nice if the shipping company that ultimately transported my car had been as communicative as she is, but that was not the case. I had to initiate contact multiple times (but I know that's a common issue and does not reflect on Ship a Car Direct at all--that's down to the particular company that picked up my car). The car was picked up more or less when the estimate said it would be and was definitely delivered on time. No damage or anything. The truck driver even made the effort to offload my car as close to my new place as possible, which I really appreciated since I was on foot. So all in all, I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct. The most important factor is that there was no funny business. I have read reviews of other companies where the shipper asked for more money upon delivery and things like that. Nothing shady here, they work with totally ethical shipping companies so you don't have to worry.
