I researched 15-20 transporters to find the best company to ship a vehicle from Kansas City to Sherman Oaks, California to a family member. I read the horror stories and warnings of what to look out for. I hoped I was being thorough but I was still hesitant. I liked Ship a Car Direct insurance guarantee and they had a high rating with BBB and resolution of issues were positive. The experience was great!! The car was picked up the same day order assigned and arrived 3 days later. The transport company stayed in regular contact throughout and the driver was outstanding and professional to deal with.
