Good service overall and delivery went smoothly.. However, I received a call a day earlier than my actual pick-up date to have the car ready by that night from the driver. The car was also delivered a day earlier where I had to make adjustments to my original plans. It sounded like there was a disconnect with Ship a Car Direct and the driver as he was not aware of the actual pick-up date. I tried to call Ship A Car Direct to understand the disconnect and see if there were other options, but it went to voicemail. It was not too much of a big deal as the driver was communicative and worked around my schedule considering he was picking up / delivering the car a day early.
