The pick up didn't happen by the requested date, however it was understandable in the wake of Covid-19. I contacted the carrier company after it was assigned regarding some questions I had regarding the pick up. The person on the phone was not helpful at all and made it obvious he did not want to talk with me. The driver who picked up was easy to work with. No damage.
