No COVID precautions in place

My car was delivered quickly which was great. When they took it off the truck the guy slipped a rag in between the car door and the truck structure but I saw him open it and then must have realized it wasn’t in the right place and readjusted so there seems to be a small dent in the door but it won’t show up in pictures. When the driver dropped it off, he was not wearing gloves or a mask and stood really close to me while I signed the paperwork which made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that, I was happy my car was delivered quickly.

Hi Elizabeth, we're happy to hear the car was quickly picked up and delivered. Sorry there seems to be a small dent in the door but if it doesn't show up on pictures, it's very tough to verify and thus begin a claims process - especially if it wasn't noted on the bill-of-lading at delivery. But we can look into it if you like. As for the driver's lack of personal space and lack of a mask, we will definitely reach out to the carrier and address that issue. That absolutely should not occur and we're sorry this caused you any discomfort.
