After a previous bad experience having a car shipped, I feel fortunate to have discovered Ship a Car Direct. I received a reasonable quote quickly and reserving my transport was easily done online. To set my mind at ease I spoke with the representative Christina who was very pleasant and helpful. The one confusing issue for me was payment. I was unaware the driver would require cash or cashiers check payment upon delivery until just before arrival, causing me to scramble to get to the bank. I learned this is standard industry practice so perhaps I just missed this fact earlier in the process. Bolo, the driver of the transport company was also very pleasant and easy to deal with. It was a smooth, drama free (unlike last time) experience. I recommend Ship a Car Direct.
