I needed to ship a new car from MD to CT, and was very concerned because it's a *new* car. I chose Shipacardirect because of their damage free guarantee. There were some issues with the APP (the dealer could not use it to upload pickup photos), but I was able to talk to someone and send them manually. Fortunately, eventually it was not necessary as well as the car arrived in perfect condition. The driver was pretty good, although he doesn't speak perfect English and the communication was a little (just a little) difficult. Overall good experience and I'll very likely use them again if I need to ship another one.
