Fair price, good customer service, flexible, and fast. Website was easy to use. You do need to prepare to pay the broker fee up front and the transport fee separately at time of delivery, but this doesn’t seem to be unusual. No additional fees or taxes popped up. The driver was very flexible and fixed an error I made on the fly (incorrect delivery phone number).
