It was my first time shipping a car from California to midwest. Jennifer explained to me succinctly but accurately how the business worked. It was totally transparent - How orders were entered into the system, how carries picked up, and pricing, and pickup window, delivery window etc. understanding the process made me much more relaxed. Jennifer was always there to provide help!
