When I made the request, I was having 2nd thoughts. It was difficult to find out how to cancel after the message. But car was delivered across the country in 3 days (NE TN to AZ). The driver was difficult to understand but it was clear he cared about the cars he was hauling. I did have to meet him down the road but he was concerned about damage to the vehicles. At the end of the day, my car arrived a little dirty but in the same condition I left it. I am pleased with the driver and the experience.
