Very pleased with Ship a Car Direct. The process was straight forward and simple. Anytime I called I got someone on the phone who could answer my questions. Emails were answered promptly. I ended up having to pay more than the original quote but Ship A Car Direct split the difference with me. Additionally, the vehicle got picked up at 11:00PM at night and delivered at 6:00AM in the morning. Not the most convenient of times. Having said the above, now that I have gone thru the process I understand how this happens. Coordinating pickup/drop off locations and times with multiple cars thru different transportation companies across the US can't be easy. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend it to my family and friends.
