I chose Ship a Car Direct to ship my 2 cars from San Jose, CA to Austin, TX and I have to say their customer service was the reason why they deserved all 5 stars. From the beginning, John was able to give me a fair and affordable quote as compared to other companies. My experience working with John was excellent, not only was he responsive and polite, he was also very honest with me. When he found out the shipper had asked for $100 more than our originally agreed-upon price, he offered to refund me the $100 from their own broker's fees so I could pay the shipper without going over the original quote!
Overall, an excellent company that is honest, responsive, and courteous and that is why I would totally use their service again should I have to move. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
