This was my first time doing something like this so I had all the butterflies and nervousness of dealing with something unknown. Renee from Ship a Car Direct has just been an amazing person to deal with. Even when I initially was just inquiring about rates, she was very informative and very helpful with all the questions and inquiries I had. I never felt pressured and she took the time to get me the lowest rates possible. The moving company we dealt with, in all, I was very happy with. There was some communication issues with picking up the car, but the drop off was as smooth and easy as can be. We might have gone over the 100 lb limit by a little but but was glad to know there was no extra charges. I will gladly recommend Ship a Car Direct and will surely contact Renee anytime I will be needing service again.
