My experience with Ship a Car Direct was the best I've ever had. When I moved my car, I was in the middle of moving from Connecticut to Washington state during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything, including my flight home, was getting cancelled left and right. Wade, my agent, gave me a call and he explained everything wonderfully. My drivers at Motion Auto Carriers were also exceptional. They called me the day prior to let me know their estimated pick-up time and they arrived the next day on the dot. The drivers were very courteous and professional. I had an estimated delivery time of a little over a week but my car made it back home in 2 days! Wade, my drivers, and the entire experience using Ship a Car Direct was flawless. Shipping my car home during my huge cross-country move was one of my biggest worries. Thank you, Ship a Car Direct, for making everything run SO smoothly. Exceptional price, trustworthiness, and communication throughout the whole time! Would highly recommend to anyone (and if you can, ask for Wade!)
