The shipping experience was fairly easy and streamlined. no issues with car at pickup I did get an estimate which, as I've heard is the experience when shipping cars, was too low and was increased. The increase was fairly small ($50) and Ship-a-Car Direct asked me to confirm the increase vs. being surprised by it later. It was a bit misleading because I received an email confirming they found a shipper for X day but then the email said "good news, bad news" with the price hike. They also didn't call to talk to me about it before booking it though I guess I could have backed out and they didn't give me any suggestions on what they normally see on shipments and if I should have to pay the extra.
