The company was professional and accessible- all questions were answered either by email, phone call, or text in a timely manner. The car arrived one hour later than the scheduled 3 hour window, but I was not too bothered by this. The car arrived with no damage or issues- which is the most important aspect! The company did temporarily misplace the key set, but it was promptly found and shipped to me- so just make sure you have a set of keys on both ends of the transfer!
