I had a great experience with Ship a Car Direct. I evaluated about 12 companies, including reviews and BBB, and it paid off with Ship a Car Direct. My primary contact, Matt, was available (at practically any hour) to give me updates and answer my questions. He was amazing. I moved a car from a small place in Pennsylvania to Austin TX, so it was a bit of a challenge to find the right carrier. But Ship a Car Direct did, and the the carrier BONO came through with flying colors. My car was delivered exactly on time and everything worked out great. I like Ship A Car's extra insurance in case it was needed. I had no damages or problems but I appreciated the extra care given by this company. I also recommended to a friend moving her car from Austin to San Diego about the same time - she also had a very good experience.
