We have never used a car shipping service and found Ship A Car Direct on the Internet. After reading all the positive reviews, we decided to use them to ship our Acura to our new home in Tennessee. Wade contacted us to explain the process. He was extremely helpful throughout the move and I commend the company for having him as an outstanding employee. Scheduling was done online and was very easy. After downloading their app, I took pictures of the recommended parts of the car. I was also able to take additional pictures that I felt were important. The transporter came on the day agreed upon and thoroughly went over the car marking everything he found to insure the car arrived in the same condition as it was in CA. The car was delivered in TN on the day it was supposed to be. Since I had opted for an outside transport, the car was a little dirty (it's a white car), but otherwise was in perfect condition. I highly recommend using this company for any vehicle move you are contemplating.
