I was expecting some what lack luster service based on conversations I had had with others who had shipped cars from Florida. This was anything but. The communications were timely and accurate. The pick-up went as scheduled and the delivery was a day earlier than I had expected. Under promise and over deliver is a great tactic. The driver said to plan for a 7:00 pm delivery and he showed up at 7:03. I would not think about using any one else.
