Everything was extremely smooth from beginning to end. I found the website videos and other information extremely helpful. It helped to start build up trust. Then I spoke to Scott whom was very friendly, patient and helpful. He clearly walked me through the process and answered all questions. He very promptly answered my later emails. It was great to get an app to upload car photos. I felt completely comfortable with the carrier and driver they chose. The driver communicated in a timely manner for the pickup as well as the drop off. The car got there quicker than quoted. It was also nice to have gotten an email back making sure everything went ok. Highly recommend!!
