Our experience was easy and unproblematic. Every time I called ShipACarDirect I was able to get a person (I had a dedicated rep) and resolve my questions quickly. They shipped the car exactly as expected and it arrived in good condition. You just have to know that most likely they will not deliver to your door even if you get 'door to door' service. Oddly they were able to pick our car up from our residential street but unable to deliver to the residential street we moved to - and there wasn't a clear reason why. It depends on the neighborhood etc. supposedly. Most likely you will have to meet them at a nearby mall parking area or something to retrieve the car. Other than that we were very happy.
