I needed to ship my Mercedes from Washington DC to the Chicago area. I had never used a car transport service before so was a bit nervous to try. I am so glad I found Ship-A-Car Direct. After watching all of the instructional Q&A videos, I felt confident that this was a good service. From that moment until my car arrived safely at my house, I had a great experience. Everything from timely communication, to keeping me informed every step of the way, Scott gave me personal attention. They even give you a direct line to the driver if needed. And most importantly, the car arrived as scheduled and in excellent condition. I don't know when I will ever be in the market again for a car transport service, but I will definitely be referring Ship-A-Car Direct to anyone looking for such a service.
