Overall, the process of pick-up and delivery went very smoothly! Communication with the carrier was by text and phone a few hours before the pick-up and delivery window, which I wasn't expecting - however I understand the nature of needing a ballpark/window of time for these (i.e. being on the road and planning multiple pick-ups/deliveries). Thank you!
