Late pickup

Encountered a late pickup, my first available pickup date was 02/22/2020 - but my car wasn't picked up until a week later, which delayed some of my plans. Although it took a week, the delivery for my vehicle was early by 2 days, and i was refunded money for the delay. Overall, Ship A Car Direct was very responsive and updated me on any delays/progress of my vehicle, Christine was prompt and guided/answered any questions I had. They even have an app that helps you determine any prior scratches/damage to your car, and also helps you detect any new damage during transmit.
