I was nervous about shipping a car because I've never done it before, so I did some research online and found that Ship a Car Direct was a well-reviewed broker. I went to their website, requested a quote, got a quote quickly, signed up for the service online, and received regular emails updating me on how things were going. At one point, we hit a snag when my mother-in-law couldn't do the pick up on the scheduled day, but I contacted Jennifer at Ship a Car Direct, and she simply switched the carrier so the pickup date would change. The car was picked up, arrived quickly in the same condition it left in, and everything went smoothly. The Ship a Car Direct app was also helpful because it told me what pictures to take. All in all, I'm very happy with the experience.
