Overall this was a very smooth process. The only hiccup was that they were unable to find a shipper for the original quote. That said, they were very open with me and had let me know before hand that finding shippers to Reno was sometimes difficult. In any case, i agreed to raise the price about $100 and they found a shipper. Once they found the shipper, it was incredibly smooth sailing. Car came in on time and in perfect shape. Thanks!
