I originally had booked with a different carrier, and I hadn’t heard from them at all. I actually I had to call them because I didn’t even get a confirmation email, so I was worried that maybe my order didn’t go through. It did go through but they just never sent any updates. It was a week past my first preferred pick up date. I realize this was going to take too long, so I cancelled and looked elsewhere. I submitted an order online through Ship a Car Direct, and I am not even kidding I received an email 2 seconds later and then about 4 other emails within 24 hours-giving updates and peace of mind on what they were doing. I am not kidding I got a call the next day saying they got a carrier to come the next day. St. Michael Auto Transport driver called me and said, “I can come get it tonight if you like.” So really I had a carrier within 24 hours. I couldn’t let him take it that night so he just came in the morning right on time. The driver was the nicest guy ever, such a sweetheart, he text me along the way and my car arrived on time. Thank you so much, the minute I went with this company everything had A fire under its ass.
