Jennifer was amazing to work with. Even when we hit a snag with a mechanical on the first dispatch she immediately sprung into action and found another truck within an hour. Biggie Express had a very nice truck and the driver was friendly and very professional. Without a moment's reservation I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct.
