I was overall pleased with their service. The pickup was a little rocky because they stated the ESTIMATED pickup date was on a certain day but no one showed up or called me to verify if they were showing up or not. I waited around for the whole day and never got an update. I had called customer service and they really weren’t helpful, just kept repeating that they would call me. I took it upon myself to research the actual company who was picking up my car and found that they had a Facebook page. I reached out to them to find out if the driver was close or not. I finally got ahold of someone and they had the driver call me and tell me they would be there in like 3 days. I was a little worried but in the end it all worked out. My car was transported from Florida to Washington and I received it without any damage. I would recommend this company again to transport my car. You just have to understand that the pickup date is an estimate and try to be patient. Make sure you schedule the pickup for enough days in advance so there is some time for the pickup date to be flexible.
