This was my first time shipping a car cross-country. I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to go with Ship A Car Direct. I don't like talking too much on the phone, so I went to their website and submitted an online order. Here is what happened after I placed an order: Within 20 minutes or so, Ship A Car Direct broker Matt contacted me with a follow-up. He asked me how soon can I ship-out the car. I told him as soon as he can find me a driver. Within couple hours I get an email stating that the driver has been found and the car will be picked-up today. Wow I thought that was quick. Not long after I get a call from Arndt Transport Co. saying that the driver will come tonight to pick-up my car, and he did! Initially I've been given ETA of 4 days. On day two of travel, I get an unexpected call from the owner of a trucking company. He told me that his driver is making good time and my car should arrive tomorrow. Again I thought, wow that was quick. Following day evening, I get a phone call again, but this time to let me know that the driver is one hour away from my location. Just like it was promised the driver arrived with in an hour. FYI to anyone shipping a car for the first time. It is a THREE PART EXPERIENCE. First you deal with the broker, then the representative of a trucking company that the broker found for you, and thirdly with the driver. All three must work in harmony to provide a stress-free positive experience. In my case, all three have performed exceptionally. Thank you all for great service!
