I shipped my new car and it was very easy. The representative I was emailing with was very responsive and tried to got the car shipped as soon as possible. The driver was also very responsive, answering all phone calls and texts and got the car there on time. If there were any delays, he made sure to update me. The app also allows you to record any damages and the driver did a before and after check as well.
