Not gonna lie, I was very nervous to ship my car from coast to coast, and for the first time ever. I sifted through many Auto Transport companies, and finally went with Ship A Car Direct because 1) they did not pressure me by sending countless emails or texts after solicitation, 2) I had the same point person the entire time the shipment commenced, and 3) once I committed to the service, they made sure I was good with the carrier prior to moving forward. So sure, I went with one carrier, then found out more information about it, and then decided against them completely. SACD was more than fine to drop this carrier and get me to a better one, within 2 hours. What service! Highly recommend SACD for your Open shipping needs, as their app is great to capture all the images of your car prior to shipment. Christina was my point person and did a FANTASTIC job. She deserves high praise, given her patience and execution during this process. Lastly, JPF Trucking was my carrier, and they did not disappoint either. Kept me in the loop the entire time and I could usually expect a call or text back from them within 15 minutes. Amazing!!
