I had a pretty terrible experience with another carrier so working with Ship a Car Direct was a huge relief. They were very communicative - even though they couldn't immediately get my car on a transport, they kept me in the loop and updated as they worked to get it done. The driver they chose was super nice and car arrived in one piece with no damage. An A grade from me!
