I filled out the online form and submitted, the earliest available time was the same day. Cory contacted me and asked specifics about the transport and time line. I told him it was immediately available for pickup. I received a notice that the car was scheduled for pickup and should arrive in the allotted time I specified. I received a call from the carrier and they delivered the car in two days from Texas to South Carolina. The car arrived, was unloaded and in great shape. Cory sent an e-mail as a follow up and confirmed everything was good.
I didn't know what to expect when I started this experience. I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again.
I can't imagine that everything goes this well every time. I feel fortunate and emboldened at the same time, only because Cory followed through so well.
