We recently found ourselves in a situation where we needed to ship our daughter’s car cross country. We started to do research and spoke to family and friends for advise. We heard some unsettling stories of bad experiences with carriers. We decided to go with ship a car direct because they had many great reviews and an “A” rating on BBB. Also the rep we spoke to was not pushy and very professional. We could not have asked for things to go more smoothly. The carrier we were assigned was awesome. He picked up the car and dropped it off on dates as promised. Car arrived exactly as we left it. Overall experience was phenomenal. We will definitely recommend and use again if the need ever arises.
