I used Ship a Car Direct to transport my 2004 Chrysler Sebring from East Stroudsburg, PA to Decatur, GA. I was kind of leery because I had read stories online of companies that took deposits and never showed up, but in this case, nothing could have been further from the truth. As soon as I contacted them on line, I got a call from Christina, who assured me everything would go well. She then contacted me daily until a driver was found and assigned. I then heard from Farah, who advised me to download the Damage App to take pics in case of any damage or scratches ... and told me to remove any items and lower the level on the gas tank. When the driver came to pick up the car, it was in the time frame that I was told, and he dropped it off in Decatur three days later without incident. Then Maricel contacted me to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied. I recommend them highly.
