This was my first time shipping a car. Christina from Ship A Car Direct answered all of my questions and explained the process to me. When my week time slot came up, it was a little stressful, as a lot of cars still needed to be transported, so my car was low on the bid list. I did have to increase my bid, which was a little disappointing, but my car got a driver the next day. I felt like Christina knew exactly what she was doing and always responded quickly.
