David was very responsive with communication and answered all my questions. And even tho the carrier asked for $250 more than the original quote (we negotiated and ended up paying $200 more), it was so worth it. We were moving to LA from SF and he offered to drop off our car at LAX. It made all the difference and he was so friendly.
