Ship a Car Direct gave me a warm and fuzzy on what was first experience trusting a shipper to handle a cross country vehicle transport. Great communication and a thorough process with an emphasis of documenting in case went wrong. It didn’t. The pricing went up a little from the estimate, but the explanation made sense (drivers coming back from holidays, backlog). Would use again
