All went Great! Never had used auto transport before. I checked around, talked directly to carriers and to other brokers. Ship A Car Direct provided the highest level of service I saw. Leveraging technology they make the process easy. Communications from our rep Wade was clear. He was patient and able to answer every question I had. The focus was always on customer satisfaction. It was reassuring they only do business with reputable carriers.
The pickup and delivery by the carrier, White Hawks Auto LLC, was seamless with open communications along the way.
I would definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct.
