When I found Ship A Car Direct on line and clicked enter, their response was very quick. Scott was great and made my experience with them very assuring. My car was picked up the day I requested and dropped off a day late. BUT, I was in constant communication with the driver up until an hour before drop off. I would recommend this company to friends and family
