I read reviews before selecting Ship a car direct and saw that most were positive.” So without any other form of reference on them, I decided to go with them. I have shipped a car in the past but I didn’t have the best experience. The communication was terrible, I didn’t know when my car was being picked up or dropped off so I was definitely not using them again. The process with ship a car direct was very different. I had a live person to talk to and received email updates as to the progress of the booking and when the pick up was scheduled. I received the drivers phone number and was in touch with him throughout his trip to keep me posted on his location so I could plan the pick up. It all worked out well and actually had the driver drop my car off at my work. So I could just drive it home. Overall this was a very easy and painless experience.
