The process to initially set up a pickup was very easy. There were several points of contact I could reach out to in the event something happened. Once a driver was selected, he chose an easy meeting point to give him the car. In my case, I had to ship a car from Maryland to UT. Not only did he make the process easy, he actually showed up several days early at the destination. The whole time I was being contacted by customer service reps to ensure everything went okay. I would definitely use this company again
